Step 1: Cut zucchini into small pieces. Thinly slice the eggplant. Smother with tomato sauce : )
Step 2: Step 2 is dedicated to dumping the whole bag of cheese, which ever cheese you prefer (i used Italian), onto your casserole!
Step 3: Pre-heat oven to 390, then bake on 350 for 20 minutes.

Step 4: Enjoy your casserole!

I'm not very good with instructions, I'm not very good at teaching or explaining things to people either, as you can see. When
I cook I sorta just do my own thing & hope it comes out good. Most of the time it does. However I do have some mishaps, like
when my cupcakes "fell," aka sank aka imploded. I also burn all of the cookies I make, I burnt a batch of fresh blueberry muffins
& one time I lit a potato chip bag on fire in the microwave, which as nothing to do with baking at all.

This is my 365 post by the way!! Hooray!!! I wish it was... a little more interesting or creative. I'm glad I've been keeping up with
my blog! I never seem to keep up with anything because I have thee shortest attention span & tend to become bored with things
immediately. Lately I've been noticing my attention span is growing & I'm becoming attached to a lot of things. There is that part
of me thats dying to go out & find something new though. Thats why I'm going to Europe. Hopefully it'll open my eyes to whatever
else is out there that I have not yet experienced.

Any way!! Hope everyone having a nice afternoon/evening!! Can't wait for the weekend to be here!!

Happy 1 year Fake Plastic Trees!!
